4. Offer: please try to provide as much information as you can, the more the better, so we can prepare an official offer in very short time to avoid any misunderstanding.

5. Invoice: once you confirm our price, we will prepare an official Proforma Invoice for our handrails or skirting board products. You need to check all information on invoice carefully, make sure the shipping address, including the recipient’s name, address, contact number, and any specific delivery instructions are correct. so we can move further.

6. Payment: our regular terms of payment is 30% deposit by T.T in advance, and balance paid before shipment. When you confirmed the invoice, you can make the deposit with our bank information accordingly.

7. Production: The order will be arranged when we get your deposit by T.T

8. Lead Time: Normally, it will take 15-30days depends on your order quantity or our production plan, normally, we can finish one container in 2-3days earliest.

9. Shipment: Mostly our products are always shipped by boat, we can send the goods to sea port or loading container in our workshop.

10. Document: After the boat left our side, we will send you all official document for your Customs Clearance.
